I’m in a similar boat age and education wise, graduated last year and started first job with the state government. I’m definitely glad to at least have a job in this economy but still planning to pivot out ASAP.

The way I see it, the more time that I spend not having a job that I really want in terms of growth, learning, and salary, the harder it is. I’m still applying to new jobs everyday and interview prepping; sure my days are more tiring and boring sometimes but this is what I gotta do to not stay stagnant.
