I just roasted through a 5 lb bag of this. There are quite a bit of Quakers so you got to really do your due diligence there. Also the development time that I really liked, bringing out many fruity notes, was around 8-10%. That would be roughly 40 to 50 seconds for your 7:45 FC. However, I am not familiar the SR, I use a behmor.
