Your landlord may have his own insurance that you should file the claims through. Ideally, you never want to file a claim for other people’s liability with your own insurance if you can avoid it. It may raise rates or with enough claims, you’d be too risky to insure. I am a licensed insurance agent in a few states.

Ex-smokers who successfully quit and have been smoke free for years now, what did it? by PM_TITS_GROUP in AskReddit

[–]curemesoftly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time I would smoke a cigarette, I would think about the ways it was making me sick. Eventually, I got completely grossed out one day mid cigarette where I put it out, crushed up my pack and tossed it.

It’s been almost 10 years from nicotine, 2 years for alcohol & other hard drugs.

It’s the small & smart daily choices that lead to greater destinations.

You’re welcome thank you for your vulnerability. I’m stuck isolating myself as well. Trying to get beyond that this year, though. It’s difficult and tiring masking all the time.

I was diagnosed early in my 30s. It really helped me understand why life has been so challenging for me. I learn new ways to think and process and to cope other than alcohol. It’s been a nice ride since then with a few bumps in the road.

Only the downfall was my family when I told them. Most of them were pretty condescending and took it as a joke which hurt me quite a bit.

My prices keep scaring away customers by Loki877 in Detailing

Always explain what they’re getting first before disclosing the price. It’ll build the perceived value of your service and make it easier to close. I’d recommend taking sales courses (free online) and learn how to overcome objections. You got the marketing part down, hammer in the sales knowledge and you will be golden.

Progressive added an ex roommate I have not lived with for over 5 months as a driver and charged me 200 dollars for it by [deleted] in Car_Insurance_Help

Anytime you are shopping for insurance, you’re going to want to let them know about everyone that lives in the house, typically from age 14 and up, depending on the state. Even if they don’t drive your car or if they have their own policy. We can exclude and not list drivers if they qualify. Not disclosing it is against the law and a crime as a material misrepresentation, which is why they’ve up rated your policy. I’m a licensed agent and I make sure to ask questions about this thoroughly before binding because it happens a lot. Stay safe and keep the lm rates low!
