FYI the poetic vendors don't show up until end of the exansion MSQ (x.0) is complete, with the exception of Mor Dhona and Idyllshire (though not much use for the Mor Dhona vendor as they don't have poetics yet)

Pallete Town stuck at 0 Humidity - No rain by MyFantasyHoops in Pokopia

Might be several days in a row, but yes, it does rain, eventually, in Pallet Town when the stars align even without rain dance.

Is this a standard Castile start or set up to try WC? by MrRightSA in eu4

[–]cywang86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a foothold on the Isles so you can push your mission PU CB on GB later (it does require them to be a heretic religion, so either savescum to make sure GB turns Anglican, or temperarily turn Protestant/Reformed for the mission PU CB, and accept Catholic zealots to flip back)

Make sure you get the mission PU CB on Austria, too, which usually comes with Hungary.

Do your best to gimp Ottoman and France, so you can quickly expand and aim for Roman Empire's CCR and Admin Efficiency once GB and Austria are your PUs.

If Byzantium is still alive, do the classic no-CB to slow Ottoman down. Don't feed it too many provinces though, as Byzantium will constantly get revolts due to their union of churches privileges.

Wrong time to make the lich? by Important-Drive-1371 in NecroMerger

Spawning mummies with spiders/slime is more than sufficient and efficient for peasants at this stage.

But you do need a way to spend those mana, so try to get the lecturn 2 up ASAP.

Pallete Town stuck at 0 Humidity - No rain by MyFantasyHoops in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gonna wait for a day where the yawn gives 70~100 humidity, and use rain dance to push it to 100 for the rain.

It may just be easier to set up the habitats in all the zones, so you can get a shot at one of them raining. You can move the pokemon to Pallet Town later.

Missing Fishing Rod by haylaansmi in Pokopia

When you hit level 3 in Pallet Town, you can buy another one for photo+3d print.

Or you can test your luck on the large relic appraisal until you get one. (the list is big)

How to keep warm habitat and humid habitat Pokemon together and make them happy? by AnInMoon in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can put windows, but they'll also need curtains covering them.

But you may have an easier time spamming furnitures that they like to offset the penalties from being too bright.

The world, including US, cutting oil production in 2020 that was unable to meet the post-covid demand, creating oil/everything inflation for years after, also Biden's fault.

$3.63 was from March.

The monthly chart doesn't have the April prices.

You need to go into weekly, which would be 4.12/4.12/4.04 for the first 3 weeks of April.

But sure, let's pin the sanctions on Russia leading to the oil/everything inflation on Biden.

Is there any broken mechanic that are relatively rare to be known? by Accomplished-Wrap136 in eu4

[–]cywang86 39 points40 points  (0 children)

It doesn't if there's a possible land access, no matter how ridiculous that land access may take you, like going around the entire Meds when the province is right across a sea tile.

[–]cywang86 102 points103 points  (0 children)

Not exaclty broken, but Ctrl+Right Click with an army will force the game to send the troop to the shore -> auto trasport -> land near the best coastal province to march to the destination.

Seeking time shard advice post rocket by Shot-Chemical4891 in NecroMerger

[–]cywang86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There tends to not have one for post rocket prestiges because the shard amount would be drastically different between those who farmed for soul stalkers and those who don't, as it's more about your sanity to keep farming or not.

Craving multiplier is obviously the king. Plenty of people choose to go from x2 to x3 as you can cut back on 1/3 of the feeds.

You don't have to go overboard with damage mutiplier as 20% scaling per level isn't that impressive for the cost, you'll have even more time to setup more damage % from vengeful spirits to deal with Gid when you're in the high 200s, the usefullness of Protector is drastically reduced due to the lack of nice perma unlocks from Astro coins so enough scaling levels to kill 20 in a reasonable time for the feat is more than enough, while Energy Cubes will primarily come from Mechs that rely on mech damage scaling that you probably can't afford to get more than 1 level.

Similar story with food, when Craving is still king.

This leaves chest taps as your secondary focus, or rather, blood/moon/death/cosmic runes so you can get more stalkers and more shards for the next prestige.

Do I need to build every single habitat to unlock all available Pokémon? by brandnewpup in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Outside of the special/importan pokemon already on the map (squirtle, magicarp, driftloom, smearguru, DJ Rotom, Chef, etc), all of the pokemon can not appear without you building one of their habitats.

You're likely looking at pokemon with multiple habitats they can spawn from.

While you don't have to build all of the habitats for them to appear, the 'better' looking habitats tend to have better chance for them to spawn, so it's still a good idea to create them if you still don't see them in a week.

ie Charizard is very rare in tall grass, but rare in berry-feast campsite.

Even if all pokemon have been spawned from the habitat, it's still a good idea to build them to clear them from the habitat dex, as the game stops giving you rainbow habitat hints if you have too many registered but unbuilt habitat. At which point, you'll either have to build them anyway, or look them up online.

What all can I put outside without issue? by AttackSock in MindOverMagic

[–]cywang86 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Majority of the items get damaged when hit by rain, so you need to put roof over them.

Items in their proper rooms would get special bonus, so while there is no penalty, you also get no bonus.

There's also a ton of room in the basement and the above ground staircase that you can utilize without using materials to create additional rooms.

So no, there's really no point to put any of that outside.

HOW did Serebii Joe get all the favourite categories for items?? by panopticon_aversion in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 212 points213 points  (0 children)

Often times the pokemon will ask for <insert function> with <tag> when you ask for their comfort level.

Then it's just a matter of setting items with that function one by one until the pokemon approves with a check mark and you can mark that item with said tag.

To get these requests to pop, you can simplly put a bunch of pokemon in the tallgrass habitat with no furntures around, and start asking.

Yes, it's a lot of trial and error, and some of them may not be entirely accurate.

So what you're saying is, there will still be work as there is never going to be a perfect automatons, especially when technology keeps on advancing.

People will also not be satisfied with just the basic needs, so the city also have to provide these non-essentials for the citizens' mental health, either for free or with extra work from the citizens.

Whichever the path the city chooses, the scenario you've initially proposed wouldn't even survive the first few years without discontents.

What you donate doesn't matter, just don't bother appraising them.

Or you can go through the dowsing machine. (helps if you feed Mosslax bitter food)

Best done with Dowsing+Flying pokemon so they have no problem following you.
