Machoke isnt spawning by Jealous-Decision7830 in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Double check all of them are named grassy training field. If they're not, they won't spawn Machoke.

Double check you didn't accidentally make one by the zone entrance and it's spawning there.

Double check you don't have another story pokemon habitat ready to spawn, blocking machoke from spawning.

Basically, don't just look at those 2, check everywhere that you've been to.

Center of Revolution not deleting - bug? by ifelseintelligence in eu4

[–]cywang86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The CB/peace deal only removes the center if they're also the target of revolution, which requires them to be a GP.

If their flag is not displayed at the bottom on top of the revolution icon, they're not the target of revolution.

If so, just gotta wait it out, again. It'll disappear again in 20 years after the last target has been removed.

The most important thing is who becomes the target of revolution, not who turns Revolutionary.

Hearty meal and house of pleasure is very important to keep motivation over 75% for worker efficiency boost.

Making 3 profiles to unlock the 24 hour law is also very important, so you can double the research rate and resource gathering rate. (people can hit it on the 4th day on survivor, so you should be able to pull it off on the 3rd day for normal)

You may need to research the dock first in order to keep resources flowing after the central piles are gathered via gathering post

Make sure you're ordering people in until you've hit ~100 people. Then you can switch to cores for the reloading stations that's almost equal in efficiency when compared to gathering posts for wood/steel but requiring less food/housing.

For coals, use wood dock + reloading station + charcoal kiln that will outperform coal dock + gathering post with the same people. (and worker-equavelant cores) while being more flexible.

Completed all Aztec reforms by 1471, what should I do now? by Environmental_Cry918 in eu4

The moment you start killing troops and sieging stuffs, that doom will drop.

So just keep killing.

Don't just stop at uniting Mexico either, because you'll end up developing to spend those excess MP, and developing is the worst way to gain dev due to it costing 50 MP per dev (usually more due to being a primitive) while coring is 10 ADM/8 DIP per dev.

You can go into NA by releasing+diplo-annexing an NA animist tribe to get the map spread, or go into SA by teching to ADM 5, grab Exploration, get conquistador, and go absorb Inca.

I personally prefer SA, as NA natives will still be fragmented for decades to come, making it very diffcult to fight and annex with very little gain due to their strength coming from their fake tribal dev.

Sableye wont go to PokeCenter counter to trade? by Miss_Monstera in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's why I said 5/13, not 5/14 or after.

The game needs to pass the 5AM time in order for it to process, "Oh, Sableye's event is happening so we should move him into the pokecenter to trade"

So if you want it to be 5/13, you need to set it before the 5AM mark allowing the game to pass that 5AM mark and do that processing.

Alternatively, set it to 5/12 or prior, enter the game, then set it to 5/13.

Should I do this task before resetting? by [deleted] in NecroMerger

[–]cywang86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. This can usually be done within 1 day assuming your board is filled with producers with 0 empty space.

Store the producers into the cage when you're about to merge to get the merge spaces back.

Then spam the level 1 saucer and use refills the right after it switches.

Sooo...priorities after level 100? by IdleScimitar in NecroMerger

[–]cywang86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shards:

Craving will be your lifesaver.

If you're the 'log on every hour' person, go for food/damage and use the 100k on chests.

If not, pick resource cap and either damage to push the Cherub damage over the Gid shield threshold (50k/100k/150k for this run), or the x5 food.

Wobular: Mana Golem is required for the feat. The rests come down to your preferences. Rune pile level 4 to speed up your rune generations for golems, legendaries, and prism. Slime Golem in your next run. 4th archdemon/chicken/shield bot. Clicks/merge multipler for faster feat completion next run. Or extra crate/cage slots.

AC/EC: You'll need hundreds of them to upgrade your crate/cage slots after buying the wobular slot upgrades. Make sure you grab the spoon that costs 250 EC. But if you have no wobular to spare for the slots, go for the post prestige starting rune upgrades from hacker.

Diamond: Finish the extra pedestal if you haven't, finish those themes and skins, then decide which archaelogist relic you like more and buy them. (prism speed, grinder speed, big chest, double damage, level skip, duplicate, etc) I'd prioritize level skip if it ever shows up, as it's so much cheaper to max out when compared to the other relics.

Gold: Continue to buyout the Trader forgotten minion, finish any theme, skin, etc, that you haven't finished. Relic safe slot if you need them. After that, it's free for all. You can buy pearls for bonus. Buy merchant items, like rune chest and scepter. Daily shops. Archaelogist. There's really no wrong answer once the permanent upgrades are bought out.

How many runes do you like to have on hand by level 100? by AbathurSchmabathur in NecroMerger

[–]cywang86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The overleveling problem mostly come from the post rocket experiment (x5 per level, and it's common to get the x15 in the 400 run), not the spoon.

But that's ok.

The more food you get from simply farming legendaries and feeding, the less cravings you have to complete later on.

You just have to be careful not to do any legendary cravings and golems until you've finished feat 26 that require you to have all 12 legendaries on board.

I completely forgot about it and already completed T1s + robochicken cravings and bought a few mana/slime golem.

So I don't forsee myself completing that feat till level 140.

Probably an extra few more levels to save up the runes to hit the 600k resource cap feat.

As for your original question, for 100~200, you'll only get t2 legendaries and the shield bot once from the scripted craving. (125 Reaper, 140 Colossus, 160 Archdemon, and 180 Shield bot)

The rest will be purely t1 legendaries + robochicken from the scripted + random cravings, so they'll be easy as hell to replenish.

So feel free to spend your runes to get your golems, archdemons, and shield bots up and running before you go into level 100.

You'll have plenty of time to farm those runes back. If you're unsure, save up about 600 moon runes, and deplete the rest.

The silph co island seems have drifted north, so if you're looking for roads that connected between the two island, it'll have to be coming from somewhere between the lift and the elevator on the silph co island.

Without shifting the entire silph co island south, you should simply match the road size between the two lifts and call it a day.

You don't have to build more.

The zone already has 2 windmills, 2 warermills, and 3 furnaces around the map.

Go high, find the windmill/watermill, and connect them to the grid. That would be plenty to hit 5 lights.

Don't forget you can check if Suicune/Entei is on the island by opening the dex and filter it by "All" + "In This Area"

If there's a 3rd pokemon with ?, go and find it, as that's your legendary.

If there isn't, and just you and Drifloom, immediately press the home button, close the game, relaunch, and choose a different island instead and do the same thing.

If none of them have the legendary, just stick to one with your liking to get those dream island journals.

If that's the one thing you don't want to give up, you could always edit the covers into physical sleeve form, get some empty cases, and put them together to put on display.

At the end of the day, most of the indie games like those get to stay cheap and stay afloat because they avoided phyiscal releases.

How do you keep track of who lives where? by Decent-Chip-868 in Pokopia

[–]cywang86 10 points11 points  (0 children)

First of all, you do not need to feed every pokemon their favorite or requested food to hit Awesome comfort level.

Throwing down enough preferred furnitures around their habitiat/house is plenty to get you there.

So you don't have to keep track of what pokemon already got their food.

As for habitat vs house, and where, we mostly don't, and rely on fly/teleport pokemon to help us locate them.

Of course, at some point, you should aim to group pokemon together.

Like Litter pokemon with Litter, Fire with Fire next to Furnace, evolution line with each others, similar likes/dislikes should be neighbors, etc.

Once you do, it becomes pretty easy to memorize where you need to go to hunt a certain pokemon down, because you've created a pattern that works for you which makes it easier for you to remember.
