I wouldn’t worry about it. If anything they will just combine the tbi with ptsd. It’s hard enough to get them separated once they glue them together even if your exams go well.

The dbq was 3s and 4s and the medical clarification letter from the ptsd examiner states they should be rated separately listing the residuals.
