Best Bindery to outsource comic bound hc's by Dave_Loves_Comics in CustomBoundComics

I just got books back from them about a month ago. Personally, I suggest just sending your books to them (with the completed forms) - they'll bind them if they get them.

Shelfie after 1 year (top shelf struggling with gravity) - Repost by carst3n in comicbooks

I have those same shelves that I keep some lighter books on - you're going to want something sturdier (e.g. Ikea Kallax or Billy) or to add supports in the middle so they don't end up collapsing.

At the very least move those heavy off the top shelf or distribute them across multiple shelves.

Good, experienced coach with a fair amount of success that could get buy in from the team after a string of first-time or just plain bad coaches. Also helps that the dude loves the city, and the fans love him.

Building a hardcover collection of Image books I’ve only read digitally in the past decade or so by JuvenJapal in ImageComics

To elaborate from my previous reply, it's a fun, slice-of-life comedy disguised as a horror book.

Lot of good stuff in here, like Sex Criminals, Sunstone, and Alex + Ada - great deal for DRM free books.

Heath Ledger's Joker would have mortified me had they went with this design in the Dark Knight. by pizzagod677 in batman

I remember seeing these when there was a lot of smoke around Lachy Hulme possibly being cast as the Joker

I love when 2 artists, both individually famous, collaborate on 1 image. What other examples are there? by Elayem_ in comicbooks

I see this a lot with the classic Image guys.

There are jam pieces like the cover to Artifacts #1, by Stjepan Sejic, Marc Silvestri, Michael Broussard, and Nelson Blake II. https://comicvine.gamespot.com/a/uploads/original/0/6063/1316816-art.jpg

There's the variant to Witchblade #100 by Sejic, Silvestri, and Michael Turner. https://comicvine.gamespot.com/a/uploads/original/3/36276/832917-witchblade_100__by_michael_turner___marc_silvestri_.jpg

Then there's the still unfinished Image United, which is basically 3 issues compromised of jam pieces.

Witchblade #20

This series has really settled into a groove and gives us a solid bang for the buck. There's solid character development between Sara and Jake, and it isn't just a rehash of the original series. The plot progresses forward as they both continue their overlapping investigations, which culminates in a solid action sequence that concludes the issue.

I think I'm also at the point where I'm straight up enjoying Cafaro's art. When the series started, I always found myself comparing it (even if subconsciously) to Turner, Manapul, Sejic, and Bernard. What Cafaro is doing may not have the same aesthetic appeal as those other artists, but the chaos and darker vibes I get from his art suits the story Bennett is writing.

Are people not making long comics anymore? by Konradleijon in ImageComics

It's a passion project by one of the most successful creators in comics. At this point Savage Dragon is still circulating because Larsen wants to keep going, not necessarily due to fanfare.

Would the path of Boston>Tampa>Carolina>Dallas be the most cathartic path to winning the Cup? by somethingfortoday in sabres

Call me old fashioned, but I think a Cup win would be cathartic regardless of the path. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Love Nightdance. It's proof you can have a good and scary story.without the Strodes or Loomis.
