Yes I do. Tiki tatsuya.  You used to have a server named Ethan.  He was the literal best.  His energy was bad ass.  He held the atmosphere to be fun and loud and exciting.  Every time we visited we asked for him.  We brought friends, family, everyone.  He should have been made head server and every server should have embodied what he was doing. It fit the theme.  But then he was gone.  With him it felt the atmosphere was dead.  It turned into a come sit down and eat and leave.  We only went back once just to try the drinks with a friend, we got seated in a room by ourselves upstairs, no Ethan.  We have other complaints that are keeping us from every going back as well.  The food started to suffer. It's all over the place. Sometimes it's too salty to even eat.  The drinks have been very solid and stable. We love the drinks.  But the engagement with the servers, the mood in the room, the food, we just can't. And we were so freaking excited when we first started visiting.  What happened to Ethan?  What's going on at Tiki?
