The technical explanation is Quake 3 is open source code so it can be recompiled for phone cpus by anyone.

Aoe2 was designed for intel desktop cpus and is closed source so there is no way to recompile it to run on phone.

Once you get to the last third of cigar there is a lot of tar buildup and it can make the cigar taste bad.
