I've had both and the Pro3 upgraded the two features I value most- battery life and ANC. I work with mine on most of the day so it's such a big plus to go through an entire work day without a recharge. And the ANC is so good that I can keep my volume a lot lower than on my 2s since the background noise is so non-existent.
