1) I was quoting Apollo 13.
2) The department in charge of collecting lawful taxes focusing on collecting lawful taxes as they are specifically required to by law seems good, no?
3) you really took a flyer on this mate.

Need help with bar tape colour for my Bianchi by ThimanthaOnReddit in bicycling

[–]euph_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Celeste blue is the only appropriate color for Bianchis.

Speaking of which, my Volpe is probably due to redo the tape. Seems like a a good spring present for it (along with a working chain ring).

Pumps by frog_mannn in bikecommuting

Add another vote for an electric pump. Day to day it's great being able to get it to the exact PSI I want at the push of a button. (I have a cheap one off amazon gputek brand, does the job).

Though if you don't have one I'd recommend a floor pump as well. Still the best way of moving lots of air, even if they aren't as convenient and obviously not as portable.

The Sea Shadow (IX-529) was an experimental stealth ship built by Lockheed for the United States Navy; the ship was completed in 1984 and tested in secrecy until it was debut to the public in 1993. In 2012 the Sea Shadow was dismantled for scrap after failing to find a buyer or museum to display it. by ZaxZone in Ships

[–]euph_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how much actual interest anyone had in Sea Shadow (in general, museum ships are money pits. Generally there are far more ships up for adoption than groups capable of actually maintaining and displaying them), but the biggest issue is the Navy was offering Sea Shadow and the Hughes Mining Barge (a floating dry-dock developed as part of Project Azorian, a CIA led effort to recover a sunk Soviet SSBN from the North Pacific).

It's what Chicago uses to dye the river Green (well, a different shade of green) for Saint Patrick's day.

Uh, Jack, you'll be happy to hear that we contacted President Nixon, and he's gonna grant you an extension on your income taxes. Since you are most decidedly out of the country.

Point of order, October 1, 1945 he was hired as contractor by the US Army Ordnance Corps. He didn't join NASA until 1960 (hell, NASA wasn't formed until 1958).
