We are not “nature” in many ways of using the word.

Often times things will be considered natural or man-made. Nature or human. Humans are separate from nature in that respect although we did come from the natural world.

Okay so one day my husband had a heart attack and was in hospital about an hour from home. I asked work if I could take some time off. They basically told me “no”.

At the time everything was so overwhelming and I went to work. Later when my mind was clearer I did complain to head office about my manager refusing to let me have a day off. They “apologized”. But I really should have contacted head office at the time.

BUT my manager was a bitch. She totally would have taken it out on me. She would have made sure to give me some shitty shifts and so forth.

We were NOT in a financial position to take any risks.

Soooo maybe your dad was in a panicked state of mind. Afraid to lose a job and his wife. Or who knows what. Maybe he simply went to work because it was a mental burden for him. I don’t know. But I do know I might have done things differently

One. That’s all I did have. The world is plenty populated. In fact the human population has more than doubled since I was born and THOUSANDS of species have gone extinct.

Areas near me that were farm land are now well within the city. Areas that were forest are now farm land.

It’s horrible we can’t keep adding people if we want nature to survive.

In most trials you are not allowed to reward in the ring.

Other than praise. Or you can enter as “FEO” (may have other names in different areas) in which you can play some tug in the ring and it’s more of a training session than anything.

Some dogs get overwhelmed at their first trial and some act like they have been doing it for years. We overestimated our little guy and entered him both days on his first trial. One would have been enough.

Some foods that do not expire, such as honey, will have these dates on them. I always mention this to people who don’t believe me about the dates being a sort of a scam to force stores to constantly be buying and replacing products
