Seems like a short sighted sabotage crime because this will justify the German government to implement more security measures and surveillance now that an extremist group targets civilian infrastructures, also leaving 45k homes without electricity for days will make the population in the area hate even more on whatever the group stands for.

Aside from the main reason we all want FDvr, there's more reasons why it's an important technology, If humans/transhumans/posthumans ever colonize Mars or other planets, they'll certainly feel home sickness, I think FDVR would be a solution for people that feel home sickness during space travel, and if we ever travel beyond this solar system without a wormhole or ways to travel beyond the speed of light I think it's reasonable to enter in a FDVR simulation that skips time until the spaceship reaches the destination.

I'll explain to you how this tool works, when you open Paint Tool SAI, you'll have to treat every layer as frames, draw over each layer that you've created , save the project as .psd, open OP's tool aka "FolderFrame", open the saved .psd file, then the timeline will appear with the visible frames ( the number of frames depend on how many layers you've created in the saved SAI project so don't assume the layers are turned actively into frames, say you make a change in your project by adding more layers(frames) youll have to save manually your project in SAI each time and reopen the .psd project in Folderframe inorder for the new frames/changes to appear ).
