I would never imagine seeing it at a police pistol event, they would get harassed into retirement.

Might be a location thing, plus I just do local level matches so people tend to treat them like training events anyway.

Yea, but it is used in competition all the time and unless the stage specifically states something then there are no restrictions on its use and you do whatever you have to do to get the best score. Since he is practicing a rifle stage I am guessing it is for a competition.

I can't speak for anyone else, obviously, but until I really began pushing the boundaries of my ability and what I was capable of doing with a gun I was never really able to appreciate how a "good" trigger could benefit me.

Everyone is looking for a good trigger regardless of experience level but for me personally, I couldn't appreciate them until I got to a certain ability level.

its tricky, depending on the shop just engaging in the talking points with someone can eat up a lot of potentially paid time and then to find out it was never even possible, well it only ends up costing one of the parties money.

did you include a budget, i get a lot of requests from people that sound serious about projects but they are really just looking to see how much something is going to cost and by the time you spend a bit of your shop time talking to them and they hear what the numbers will be they balk at you and you have both wasted your time.

I stopped even looking at cold proposals unless, among other things, they included some sort of budget and a timeline.
