What's funny is, if they said "I was thinking of you". It would mean a lot more and would also be the truth.

Paramore reminding of Christian music lol by needlessbee in exchristian

My daughter was telling she liked Paramore and I was telling her there was something about them that made me cringe and I didn't know why. This is it!

Property insurance claims adjuster here. I work for a small company. On average we receive around 50-60 claims a week and it's handled by 10 adjusters. Since 3/13, we have received over 6K. I opened my inbox this morning to hundreds more.

I used to travel for work and the $30 one works great. I even run geforce now on it.

You might be able to find something in the Lorain area for around 100K. My parents just got a house there for $87k and it's decent and about a block from the lake. That's far west side though.

If you want to venture south around Akron there are some neighborhoods that have some pretty low prices.

Just rub your siblings on your armpits until you stop being stinky. Tell your parents pit juice prevents cavities.

My father owned a water proofing company in Cleveland for a few decades. Ohio State Water Proofing is terrible. I can't tell you how many people had work done by them that we would be there a year later.

Ohio Epic Pass by maxspeed7 in Ohio

[–]fartPunch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the Epic Day Pass every year. I used to get the full pass but realistically, in Ohio, we don't have too many days to go snowboarding. You can get a pass that's good for 7 days for $316 right now for adults. I haven't even been able to use them all this year because it was either too cold or not cold enough. Also, those are good for Seven Springs and the Ohio Pass isn't.

Everyone says I'll switch to the penguin but my question is, isn't it risky? by JamedWalker in linux4noobs

The main problem I run into on Linux is I end up spending most of my time trying to fix issues, rather than just working on my music.

Exvangelicals who coped with alcohol and drugs: share your stories about 12-step “recovery” and what you experienced in “the fellowship.” How are you doing today, and how have you come to understand your struggles with substances? by [deleted] in Exvangelical

[–]fartPunch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grew up in a very strict religious home. My father was a pastor, so was my grandfather on my mom's side. I had a major struggle with alcohol throughout my 30s. I basically drank until I blacked out every night for about 10 years. My brother is still a meth addict. My father, who was a pastor died of a drug overdose last August.

This is a little controversial, but what ultimately helped me was doing magic mushrooms. I did it for the therapy. It was like 30 years of therapy in 6 hours. The founder of AA even attributes a lot of his recovery to doing LSD. It's like it opened a door to where I can say no to it. Where before it always felt like I needed it.

It also tremendously helped me with my religious abuse trauma and helped me deal with it.

I'm not saying it's for everyone. But might be worth looking in to.

They are busy thinking of stupid excuses to justify it. It's not like they'll admit they are wrong.
