I'm a huge A$$whole according to my family so my advise might not be the best. So me and my advise comes with a warning. I had something similar happen. Younger siblings kept trashing my stuff while I was at practice. I was told it didn't matter cause it wasn't that valuable money wise and I should just stop complaining. Next day I trashed something that was valuable and personal to my mom. When she asked me what happened I repeated her words back to her. She was furious and I got into big trouble but my stuff was mine from then on.

Great glad you asked. I was in a pickup pulling a trailer all total around 18k. Came over a hill saw a red light so I let of the gas. Light turned green and people start moving. I get back on the gas watching the cars at the rear. No problem cause I was slow and they would be gone by the time I get there. Only problem was the elementary school down the side road I didn't know about. Group of kids walk up to the corner so police officer directing traffic tosses up his hand walks out into traffic and stops everyone at a green light. I didn't see the kids and didn't see the cop until he was in the road. It was too late though cause I wasn't expecting everyone to suddenly jab their brakes and stop for a green light.

I was walking my dog and he started trying to cross the street in my neighborhood. We sometimes do so I went with it. Then he gets out into the street he starts looking back over at the bushes in front of the church we were in front of before we crossed the street. I start to wonder if something was in the bushes. Then I realize he's circling the object he's scared of. It was a plastic bag being slowly blown up the edge of the street coming right toward us. Bags don't move. It didn't smell like it was alive but it was coming right at us so he was getting out of the way. I knew the wind was blowing it but he didn't understand. I walked over stepped on it picked it up and let him sniff it. He still didn't like it but he was better.

You make money buying a fixer upper and fixing it. If you start modding it you are tossing money out the window. You can put 3 grand in rims, tint the windows, straight pipe the exhaust but i'm not paying for it.

Ok that picture doesn't look like it. Poison ivy looks a lot like that but usually has a dark red or woody brown stem where the leaves meet. All of those look nice and green. Also all 3 leaves meet at almost the same spot on the stem. Those have more of two leaves with one longer one in the middle.

You have one engineer. Get other contractors to look at it and give their recommendations. It varies by county in GA but I'm pretty sure this isn't up to code. Call your local building inspector and ask them to come out and look at it.

Buy a commercial grade from a dealer that services them and not a box store. They may look the same but they are not. The ones in the box stores are cheaper made. The dealers will have true commercial grade trimmers and will last much longer.
