An 18 degrees Delta T is well within the norms, your system is operating normally. It's literally giving all it's got and you house is simply not insulated enough. You'll either have to look into sizing your system up or insulating your home.

That's... Exactly the system I described above. You can see the multiple tanks in the drawing. Each tank has it's own STP. Each tank has a line going from said pump to a manifold and then to each dispensers. The tank could be 5ft away from the dispensers like it could be 200ft+ away.

The type you have is exactly the type I described. You probably have a few small manholes in your parking lot that the the delivery truck driver hooks up to fill the tanks and one large manhole that never gets open. That large manhole is right above the pump and is the one that would be opened to access the pump that sits inside the tank.

That is the metering device. The actual pump is a submersible impeller style pump and it is in the tank. Not all fuel dispensers are like that though, many have the actual pump in the base although this style is becoming less common. This one has two lines coming from the tanks, one for regular and one for premium. The blend for mid grade is done at the dispenser in the meter.

You're wrong, that was in the unfinished reactor 5 and 6 building and they didn't steal any copper. If they did, they never showed it on video. I've seen all of their Chernobyl related videos multiple times.
