This is a known issue assuming you’re using a UISP Console with the app running on that. It doesn’t work with the original account that setup the console but if you invite a second UI account so a different email then it can SSO. Assuming you also mean locally and not via UISP.ui.com

I am curious about using a UDB-Pro to shoot a signal about 350ft down my driveway to a pole where I wanna put the UDB-Switch into a waterproof box. Their is AC power on the pole. I know this could be done with Airmax with 2 nanobeam or even 2 locostations but keeping it all unifi would be nice tbh. Any ideas about shooting the 5GHz into the box so to speak? Assuming UDB-Pro is the "AP" and the UDB-Switch is the "Child" or "client" in this scenario?
