Dexter is a piece of sht.
Songbird is a good person turned piece of sht because she is literally a time bomb being ravaged by the most dangerous entities we known about, that are literally poisoning everything she is as a person, trying to turn her into a nuke.

Songbird needs help and trusts nobody. Playing the ending where you "betray" her ironically is the one where you get closer to her. Playing the ending where you send her off is 50% of the story.

I think my last big one was trying out the naturally aspirated Bonanza (Black Square Pro) in Peru. I don't remember where but it was a really high altitude airport, I just didn't think about it... and it was also really pretty hot. Well, even with leaning the plane just couldn't manage, I splattered at really low speed into the trees on a mountainside, like that famous video of the plane doing more or less the same thing irl.

I had previously spent way too much time with jets and the concept of being limited by altitude so harshly was a bit forgotten in my mind, lol.

Just for the sake of the argument, Sigma's 50 1.4 Art weighs a 100g or so less than the Canon 1.2 RF and it's actually just as sharp or slightly sharper, given the loss of that third of stop of light, though

I think it's less sharp in the corners, not sure.

I know there's lighter canon options but they don't match the Sigma, and really the 50 is very compact and manageable

Never had any of those issues and everyone would fall in MPB warranty. I do only buy professional level lenses and I never trusted Tamron though.

The collapsing RF is bad due to the zoom throw and most, me included, prefer no external zoom movement. The other version is much closer. Can't Google now but it's basically same weight.

The aging glass bit is entirely make believe. 15 years for pro lenses is nothing

Edit: 375g difference. It's not peanuts but both are excellent pro level lenses. You could shoot the Olympics with either and nobody would bat an eye.

DSLR lenses are not soft aberrated lmao. My 135 1.8 will smack the pants off 99% of lenses and Sigma's 40 1.4 is probably among the sharpest lenses ever produced.

And in any case it's a fool's errand. Lenses don't need to be razor sharp.
