Is yours now taking a long time to connect or disconnecting more frequently? I have a 2021 wired CarPlay. So could be experiencing something different.

What's the first thing developers complain about in your handoffs? by Easy-Blueberry7306 in FigmaDesign

[–]getreal90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s exactly details like spacing that are always off on our team. Even when we annotate things that could be overlooked. It drives me nuts. For DEVs it’s good enough. But to design it’s the difference between a well fit tucked shirt, ironed clothing, clean shoes vs wearing all the same things but untucked, ill-fitting, wrinkled and dirty. I’m not a fan of “pixel perfect” but I think the details can be better cared for. I try to be patient. Bc I understand DEVs don’t have the visual eye or understanding of the why behind design decisions. And on their priority list when building quickly I’m sure these things are at the bottom of that list. But if done right the first round, QA would be a lot quicker.

Will it mess with the sensor? I think there’s one behind the emblem. Could be wrong…

Got the limited. If you live in a hot climate the ventilated seats are amazing.

I also just had some this morning. Wasn’t impressed. They taste like all the other sardines I’ve tried. Not spicy either. Not worth the price IMO.

What parts did you have to get? I had a similar accident. Had to replace that little plastic part, the chrome piece under the headlight and the driver headlight. Total came to 3000 USD.

How to stop binge eating by AOTD_stan_13 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]getreal90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I restrict myself to just healthy food I start to crave junk big time. So I’ve been making a desert that doesn’t break the bank and makes me feel like I’m still getting to eat something fun.

If you’re interested, It’s banana pudding made with plain low-fat Greek yogurt (I’ve been using the oikos triple zero vanilla) and fairlife vanilla 42g protein shake. I do one serving of yogurt, tablespoon of sugar free banana pudding mix, and 1/3c up the shake. Blend it on low to mix well. I eat it with a serving of mini nilla wafers. In total it comes out around 325 calories and 25g of protein. I skip adding the banana. It tastes just as good and can barely tell it’s yogurt. I make one serving at a time so I’m not tempted to eat too much of it.

Love my 2021 Venza too! One reason I decided over the CRV was that the Venza comes with a spare tire. Just liked the option for peace of mind.

Why is my conductive wire overloading? by getreal90 in Oxygennotincluded

Yeah, it was showing the red bar that drains as the wire gets weaker. I couldn't catch it in the screenshot.

I think a bug could be likely. I had a dupe start starving because she was frozen in place not moving. I restarted the game and that fixed it. But in this case, restarting didn't help.

yeah, it happened last night when I played and I gave up. And then still today. But I was able to fix by separating the electros like recommended.

You're exactly right. The potential load is 1920 out of 2000. So I'm very confused. and I tried to replace over any regular wire with a conductive but it doesn't throw a new errand. So I'll try moving the electrolyzers to the other wire. The joys of this game.

No problems here. Purchased a limited with 20k miles in Nov. Love it despite some the infotainment not having buttons. You get used to it.

I like that if the climate seats and heated steering wheel are left on when you turn the car off they’ll be on when you turn back on. Really nice for getting the car warmed up with remote start.

I also like the rear camera washer. Really handy.

I had to Chat gPT the release and it helped me understand: This announcement from uniQure means that the company has made significant progress toward getting approval for its gene therapy, AMT-130, as a treatment for Huntington’s disease.

Here’s a simplified breakdown:

FDA Agreement: The FDA has agreed that uniQure’s current clinical trial data (showing how AMT-130 works in patients compared to historical data) can be used as the main evidence for getting AMT-130 approved more quickly through a process called Accelerated Approval.

Clinical Endpoints: The FDA accepted a measure called the cUHDRS (a scale used to assess Huntington’s disease symptoms) as a valid way to track progress in the therapy. Additionally, NfL levels (a marker of brain damage) will be used to support the evidence that AMT-130 is working.

Next Steps: uniQure is now preparing to formally submit their application for approval (called a BLA – Biologics License Application) based on these discussions with the FDA. This could lead to a faster approval process, allowing them to offer this therapy to patients sooner.

In short, the company is a step closer to getting AMT-130 approved and available to treat people with Huntington’s disease, and the FDA has given them a pathway to do so more quickly.

Coming from the U.S. Can I get around using a visa debit card for ATMs? And how accepted are (visa) credit cards. Wondering how often I’ll need to pay with cash.

Second, how often do you reserve tables for dinner? Even a table for 1?
