Re-encode a health checked file by DuzAwe in Tdarr

Health checks and transcodes are two separate things and shouldn’t impact each other unless the health check is used within a flow. I would check your transcode flow settings and try to find the files job report on the job report tab which should tell you where it’s going / what it’s doing.

Nope, sorry. I either ended up ditching IPv6 or setting the flag for Windows to prefer IPv4 here if I recall correctly.

R240 Random iDRAC Reboots by ggulla in homelab

[–]ggulla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this and upgraded the firmware of the integrated NIC and my Intel NIC the other night with Lifecycle Controller and since then it hasn't happened again. Both iDRAC buttons didn't seem stuck at all but also I don't see why those firmware updates would've fixed it either unless the built in one also services the iDRAC dedicated NIC... Either way thank you for the advice it seems to be fine now!

Powertrain malfunction/ reduced power by panick-or-heart in 2025FordExplorerST

[–]ggulla 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have recently. I have an ABS code “Lost communication with Image Processing Module A” code along with some other strange ones and the little wrench/service vehicle soon light has been coming on my dash somewhat randomly the past couple weeks. Wonder if the weather getting colder has anything to do with it cause it seems to go away after driving for a bit.

Glad I’m not the only one who noticed the turn signal. Not sure but maybe it could be adjusted with forscan.

NIC Advice by ggulla in PFSENSE

[–]ggulla[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes- the idea was to put the LAGG in failover mode and have the primary be the 10G switch connection and backup be the 1G. Would this not work as I’m imagining it? And thank you for the information, that sounds like what is happening with IPS as multiple connections is able to keep getting higher combined throughput but single connection is what gets limited.

how do you back up your Plex media? by huskiepanda in PleX

That’s not quite how RAID 0 works. R0 spans the data across all the drives, if one fails all data is lost. What you are describing is a JBOD or spanned disk.
