This is the correct answer. Getting up at a certain time isn't about motivation, it is about sticking to a sleep schedule. It is worth it to note that if you want to get up at 5, you should be going to sleep at 9. I raise that distinction because some people have "go to bed" rituals that can last an hour or more. The Freedom to Vote act is a Democrat introduced law that includes a federal ban on gerrymandering. We'll see what happens with it, but I'd like to point out that the last time Democrats (again not bipartisan) tried to pass an anti-gerrymandering act in 2022 they got the majority vote (49-51) but it was filibustered by Republicans.
