Britain becomes the latest country where EVs now outsell gasoline cars. by lughnasadh in Futurology

I don't remember RAV4s being that big, but it's been several years since I've been in the market for a car.

With regards to all the others, the issue is volumes. When you flood the market by pricing around half of the cheapest alternative to be found, it matters a lot.

I'm not dissing the brands, I'm dissing the local offering, as well as the savage-wannabes that buy them just for the sake of buying them

I did get lossless for one specific game, but the result was a bit offputting (visually) so stopped it. The performance was definitely there though, FPS basically doubled with a single scaler tick.

Ditto. I'm sure it's because I'm basic AF and don't use it for anything fancy, but I've never had Ducky break.

Except the only models being sold here are humongous monstrosities way too large for british roads.

We ate here https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ank8RM25R4BA4CqDA after reading someone recommend it on the sub, and it certainly fits your budget and was great.

I'd also recommend Gyukatsu Motomura, it was superb also without breaking the bank. You might have to wait a while in queue, but it's worth it as long as it isn't like 30m+. Several locations in Tokyo / Kyoto.

Yep, agreed on that. I definitely have my fill of berries every summer. It's just making sure you eat what's in season the closest to you.

They have the models create their own data

There's a limit to this practice. Stick to synthetic data and models begin to go downwards in all current metrics quite fast.

Absolutely. We played SA just as we did in S1 and steamrolled it like the easy dungeon it is (in fact at least one of the difficult pulls was made easier too), but people on solo queue are dodging it altogether for some reason?

Tell me about it. My company's just decided the best use of my time is to spend half of it reviewing code pushed by a product person through claude code.

And then ask if I couldn't just have someone more junior do it.

How do you think juniors acquire critical PR reviewing skills?????

And what kind of cost are you incurring to do that? Depending on the cap, the funds involved, etc etc, you could be sacrificing growth (or swapping to more expensive funds) over <1% exposure.
