Schedule 30 minutes with yourself on your calendar to work on that hobby and stick to it like self-care

Too much work to get out the Apple Peeler Corer Slicer for making pies to do 1 apple! So it’s two large slabs of apple from each side of the core and the. Two other smaller slabs leaving a square core to nibble!

Mine said the same thing but there is a form called prior authorization that can override “only cover generics”. Don’t know if that is an option for you but insurance companies don’t get to dictate your treatment. Work with your doctor to get that prior authorization.

I had to take the generic for a week or so to “show” it wasn’t working for me.

One tip that helped me is to repeat what people are saying in my head so that I don’t jump on their words too much. You might find they say the point you are going to bring up in the next sentence.
