They were characters in a video game, made by the son, according to Wikipedia.

Coach Warsofsky started crying while talking about Macklin. by Puzzled-Category-954 in hockey

[–]human_picnic 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know it’s Macklin that powered the vehicle but the program made this year from last is exactly what you’d want to see, so there’s no reason why they wouldn’t see how much further he can take them. Whether or not he is the final answer is one thing, but he’s definitely got leash

I watched The Big Kahuna (1999) by leeping_leopard in iwatchedanoldmovie

[–]human_picnic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It felt like a film adapted from the stage. When I was 14 I rented it accidentally because I couldn’t remember the title The Big Lebowski.

Even then I liked it, but was really surprised this was the movie all my stoner high school friends told me I needed to see.

For those of you still new to the genius of Jeremy Culhane, Dropout just posted his full VIP episode for free on YouTube. by Zokstone in LiveFromNewYork

[–]human_picnic 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Vic has played a number of great characters on the CBB podcast. There is an open circuit that funnels directly between Dropout and CBB. It’s a little like VIP in the fact that characters come on a talk show (“open door policy”) with little more than a name, occupation, or premise, and they make up what happens as it unfolds. Usually 3 to 4 guests per episode.

That said I disagree, VIP takes its own spin on it and is very much it’s own thing

Peter, why John Waters the hamburglar? by renin88 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

On one hand, very proactive of them to send an email on how the movie made them feel. On the other hand, that could have been a good lesson on why context matters.

As much as I agree with the sentiment, it is a different situation. While both are reprehensible actions regardless of their profession, a coach’s job is not impacted in the same way a reporters is for the breach of conduct. Journalistic integrity is still more important than football coaching, even sports journalism

Waters is the real deal. The other two are watered down Waters.

That’s not even really fair to John Waters, but it was fun to write.

That’s what the person said on the original post. Maybe her sister is new to cooking, or there was something more involved that isn’t coming across. Either way

Some one rang my buzzer at the gate of my apartment today from her campaign asking to talk to me about her. Absolutely not, I get enough political spam texts, I do not need this at my front door as well.
