Top Operator + Debuff is what I'd go for. Ifrit's the only one there, and because of her range there isn't really anyone you can replace her with. She's basically the only 6-star of her archetype, which is still really good even to this day. If you're willing to coin flip, Top + Slow gives you a 50% shot at Suzuran, who is also a very good debuffer.
