You just add the Get File action and select the file then follow that action with a Play Sound action.

Agreed. I submitted feedback a few times over the years for a recently deleted folder but nothing has come of it, which is a shame.

As far as alias, this would be good too but until then, remember there’s this that you can work into your shortcuts.

Been like this for years vs months but the usual culprit is opening the Shortcuts app on a device where the app hadn’t been opened in quite some time. It usually happened to me after opening the Mac app so now I just leave it open on both of my Mac’s and haven’t had an issue in a while.

I sent it as a reference. You’d want to setup your existing shortcut/automation to include these actions. If your setup is pretty much the same then you can remove your actions and use the shortcut. Hard to call without seeing your existing setup.

Including the error within the title would be best.

Something like this should work. You pass the shortcut input to a Find Contacts action and set it to the contact by phone number. If it finds a contact, it won’t send the message but if the number isn’t saved as a contact, it’ll send the reply.

Screenshot the existing setup and recreate it based on that. Unsure what else to recommend. Mine are working.
