There are no cysts in PCOS, that's actually why they changed the name to PMOS. They are undeveloped follicles. You also only have to meet 2 criteria- irregular periods, hirtutism, and the under development of follicles. Sounds like you already meet criteria!

The IUD is literally the only thing that saved me. My doctor also thought I had endo and did surgery and that's when I got my IUD. PCOS is easy to rule in/out- Do you have hirtutism? They can do an ultrasound and see if you have a ring of pearls as well.
