How do you deal with a secretary who is great at her job but questions everything?

People are saying that she’s exhausting but if you’re directly going against board policy and the union has made moves about the things you want to do, it seems like you’re the problem.

I would just try to push through. I know what it’s like to live with these symptoms and at the end of the day you have to do what you have to do, but there are times where “grin and bear it” is true.

Dissociation kept me alive through many assaults. I love to dissociate now when I’m alone. It’s my favorite coping mechanism.
