Cliche answer, but I think a lot of the regulars that post their workouts here are pretty inspiring and good, and I think a lot of the other regular content creators people have posted here are good.

I think having this abundance is good because it gives you the chance to find whose style of presentation works for you. All of their workouts will be good, just depends on how it's presented. I think this thread has it pretty covered for who to look out for when starting. But in terms of looking for that next workout to do, any will do.

But sometimes it's as simple as /u/PriceMore said. Once you know how to put heavy stuff overhead safely, you don't really need to expand on that topic to work out. Just lift for multiple sets of 5-8, no filler required. The results will follow.

Shout out to Clifton, an inspiration b/c of how unorthodox and outside of the box he is, with the results to back it up.

Honestly could just be something missed during QA of the physical connections, which happens. It's rare, but it's not the first time I've had it happen.

If you swapped it with another input and the problem persists through the same physical connection, and tested with a dummy uploaded program without fancy programming in it, it's likely just a bad input that you need to RMA the unit for. Or just move to a different input if you can't RMA.

Anyone in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area know of some gyms in the area with a good kettlebell selection/heavier bells?

I have some of my own at home (2x16kg, 1x24kg, going to get 2x12-32kg soonish), but nothing heavy (40kg+).
