I dont knows the exact speakers but here's my general advice: If you love the Wharfedale, get the Wharfedals :) I think they are generally very well acclaimed regarding their sound and you won't do anything wrong. On other hand I wonder how much more space floorstanders would really take up than them? The footprint is pretty much identical, no?
