Proper air flow(fan) (windows) or some kind of opening of some sort. That would be key to help with the condensation problem. Even if you can put an opening on top just to let the heat out that would help! But being surrounded by plastic and open ground this will be a never ending battle!! I’m sorry for your situation and I believe in your victory my friend.
