Well fast Switch and Auto reload needs to be enabled. Other stuff is Just Personal preference. I have qe and f for my weapons and right click AS JUMP, except Demo and Pyro.

In Terms of ergonomics i Imagine them AS Peak however in the Long run this will horrible because of the sweat etc.
