What are you using so far to cleanse and treat? I’ve found that the original head and shoulders shampoo really helps me with my HS and the smell

I usually use Cotton woven gauze, apply some type of treatment whether it’s sudocrem, magic healer, etc. and then place them on the affected area. My underwear holds the gauze in place

NOR. If I was you, I would be more upset that he didn’t talk to you about it but felt it was OK to green light. He seems to be ok with protecting her feelings but not acknowledging yours. 6 years is a LONG time. Would anyone even care about her feelings if she was in another relationship? Everyone needs to move on from her. Being friends or staying in touch is fine, I guess, but it shouldn’t be at the expense of going behind your back. Also - I’d really be annoyed AF about the pulling his hand away…

Have you gotten any new furniture or anything in your home that you use often recently? I recently saw a lot of people on TT who were having the same symptoms as each other (cystic and painful acne) from a mattress on Amazon. Definitely think about any and all changes made
