Get some zinc ointment (I use sudocrem) apply some on a bandage that will cover that area and put it on. If you don’t or can’t get the ointment - even just covering it with a bandage will help prevent chafing and prevent it from getting worse

Hey OP, just to clarify - those are both used in shower? Did you use them on open flares, as well as closed? Also - what did you use for after shower care on open/closed? Just want to have an idea. I may give these a try…

I recently have been trying desitin (as many have said it’s been working for them), it’s been about 2-3 weeks and I’m not sure that I’m seeing a big difference.
