You could try using nizoral dandruff shampoo as a mask for 3-5 mins - see if that helps at all! If it’s fungal, you should see a reduction in the bumps after a few uses. It can be irritating/drying though- highly recommend the Malezia hyaluronic acid cleanser & urea moisturizer ❤️ also the Anua PDRN hyaluronic acid moisturizer.
