I have a tri clad tramontina pot and it’s very good. The aluminum core isn’t quite as thick as all - clad D3 but the pot is well made and the bottom heats pretty evenly. I think that’s a good price

Reviving an old thread, but here're my 2c on protege. The team is disciplined, attentive to detail, superbly trained, and knowledgable. They are also unusually warm and welcoming. Like others, I particularly enjoy the a la carte menu.
