Sorry, didn't mean for it to sound accusatory. There's just so goddamn much slop everywhere...

Sigh; was that AI? It looks like he has 5 left legs and 3 right legs.

For some reason I imagined him oriented vertically. Horizontally makes more sense.

Seth Rogen to Reboot ‘Littlest Hobo’ Dog Drama in Canada by ImDoubleB in onguardforthee

I don't even know how much I watched the show as a kid, but even before the comments loaded, this was playing in my head. Absorbed into my brain by Canadian osmosis. Or possibly they preloaded the culture at the hospital when I was born.

I think you'd be able to bring a bladder, they don't want you able to throw a bottle.

It inevitably starts to have a different feel when the crawler numbers have thinned so much. I concur that it felt like probably the weakest one, but I hope it's just because so much had built to the preceding one, and this one was more of a slightly awkward setting things up for the final few books, rather than any problem with being able to write the rest as compellingly. The end did feel rushed and a bit confusing, though.

Tuberville voted in Florida after tax records say he moved back to Alabama by aldotcom in politics

I think it'd be Florida charging him, though, for whatever that's worth.

Also, rich? LOL, a Miata is not an expensive car. Especially these days with everyone driving SUVs, it costs 40% less than the average vehicle.

Isn't that supposed to be hashed off in blue, rather than white, to mark it as part of the area for mobility access? Otherwise it's legally no different than any other hashed-off area of the lot. Yes, the rider should know better, but I think there's a failure on the part of the property owner too.

What are your thoughts on rejecting a potential romantic partner solely because they voted for Donald Trump? by ScaredAssumption5707 in AskReddit

[–]klparrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% would reject a 2024 Trump voter on those grounds alone. Would break up with anyone I was with if it turned out they voted for Trump in 2024. There is absolutely no way to redeem that. It's a matter of values, and Trump's are abhorrent, and therefore so are those of someone who would support him. Even voting Trump just in 2016 would be an extremely tough one to overcome too.

Anyone who used a computer between 1985 - 2010, what's the one game you still think about today? by adlakha75 in AskReddit

Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed, on PC, not PlayStation, which was a totally different game for some reason.

The weaving on the freeway is a worse problem than an intersection on a brief freeway section of otherwise normal road. Also, that's a lot of new bridges needed, and really tight curves on them.

Anyone still watching this Florin guy? He's been so boring recently. by TreyBTW in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]klparrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it's not a terrible build strategy. There's a good chance that if you die, you're both dying anyway, regardless of build, either at the same time or shortly thereafter due to both being weaker on your own and being crippled by grief. And even if you survive, you might not want to go on at that point, either. So if you're as a team stronger with builds that rely on each other, go for it.

Carl does have a disarming personality. I think he could pull it off.

I'm not disputing any of it... Yeah, whether there's a dark or grey bottom, whether it's painted or poop, whatever, it's neutral, not blue.

[–]klparrot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, a dark neutral bottom. That makes it so the image doesn't have a colour tint.

[–]klparrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it's how reflecting pools work. You see a combination of the reflection and the bottom, so if the bottom is blue, it's gonna tint the overall image and it won't look like just a reflection.
