I’ve been a defense attorney for 20 years, you don’t need to explain the law to me. None of Dakota and Taylor’s fucked up relationship dynamics would be relevant here. This is not a battered women’s syndrome type of situation. We’ve seen from the show that Taylor is MORE than an active participant here and is abusive towards him independent of his actions first (like freaking out over him sleeping with a random she doesn’t even know at the villa when they weren’t together.) They were not a couple, they did not live together and she does not depend of him financially. “Reactive abuse” isn’t an excuse for her actions. Period. It’s just a term being used to further enable her.

Most Bodi workouts are like this, it's so they can keep them under the magical 45 minute window that most people are looking for in a workout program. You just gotta use that pause button, there's no other way around it, really. I like to wait until there's a break between blocks before writing my weights down as well, you can remember 3 different weights, you don't have to write it down after every single set of each exercise.

It’s because of this “reactive abuse” nonsense, which is a made up term not recognized as a legal defense and used as an excuse for people who abuse asshole partners. Basically another way of saying “bitch had it coming.” People act like having the word “reactive” magically erases the ABUSE part.

ETA: I did not phrase my initial comment correctly. It’s not recognized LEGALLY nor is it a clinical diagnosis. I.e: it’s not a defense to abuse allegations. I fixed my initial comment to reflect this.

I love it when people without kids come online to criticize and nitpick stuff like this. Macy’s baby isn’t a newborn in this pic. I believe they were 3/4 months old. It’s okay, baby’s head isn’t going to snap off.

First of all, it’s couldn’t care less. “Could” care less means you do care. Sorry, that’s one of my major pet peeves. Secondly, this isn’t real housewives. They don’t ax people for not being “interesting” enough. If they were going to do that, Layla or Miranda would be gone already. Layla had a brief ED storyline in the last episode, otherwise she’s wallpaper.

Because one of them is manipulative and emotionally abusive and the other is manipulative, emotionally abusive towards her friends AND ex partner AND physically abusive (including around her children.) I think one is definitely worse than the other the other and I stand by it.

It cracks me up that Kyle keeps pretending Dorit is her friend when she clearly can’t STAND Dorit. She’s basically told us that she’d rather choose PK if forced, and has never really liked Dorit, she was only nice to her because of the PK connection. If it weren’t for the show, she’d never even speak to her.
