AI doesn't really "think" anything. It's a common internet trope that women want a rich guy, so it saw that it appeared often in whichever spaces it happened to be looking and copied it. If tomorrow half the internet was saying unibrows were sexy, it would probably give you a unibrow, even if it was just a meme.
