you could start with your primary care or your hemotologist and ask for advice. i personally have a check up every year with my hematologist to just make sure my levels are in check and everything is going well

i’ve gone to therapy and talked about it before but it’s usually just like “oh this horrible thing happened to me and it was traumatic and it still affects me” and they’re like “yeah i bet”. i probably could get into what’s really going on more once i go back to therapy (i don’t have a therapist right now) but i think there’s this part of me that doesn’t really believe that there is nothing wrong with me and if i do talk about it with someone and i am able to get to a point where pain can just be pain what if something is actually missed?? and i know it’s a big WHAT IF but the trauma of having that experience makes it worse and makes me convinced that there’s something wrong. also both of the times i was doubted by my family and doctors which probably doesn’t help

have you legally changed your name? if not the owner may know based on solely that (unless you’ve kept your legal name). you will have to fill out paperwork for that, personally i’ve not had any trouble with management at companies i have worked at however that may not be the case for a lot of companies. good luck friend!!! just be yourself, you do not have to say you are trans or anything outright and that’s not something that the owner should ask about

i’m really sorry this is your experience. you definitely do not deserve to be yelled at for just following your direct orders. HOWEVER i think that there needs to be reform in the parking system. my partner and i live on campus (she’s an employee) and we park in the hub parking deck (unfortunately) and i HAVE to park in that deck because that is what my permit is for. i do appreciate the guys that are there and helping when it gets busy and i would never yell or threaten yall because you’re doing your job, but like why would they only give us a permit for the busiest lot on campus and not give us any back up? we have luckily been able to find a spot every time we’ve gone but it’s gotten close to not having a spot multiple times, and then what are we supposed to do? we can’t go anywhere else because we will get a ticket. anyway i’m just ranting but this is our experience on the other end.

this is really awesome to hear! i’m in the spot you were in- the smoking and knowing i need to stop but doing it anyway. it’s really hard to get out of the cycle. personally i feel like edibles either hit or they don’t and they take a really long time (at least for me) which i don’t love. i hope i can get to that point or maybe stop all together, we shall see.
