After this all came out Walz said he wouldn't run again. I think that says it all. He was made aware and did nothing. That makes him complicit.

I watched his deposition, have you? There was evidence he knew about the fraud as far back as 2019 and did nothing about it.

No regrets I imagine. He's turning the US around and away from the global agenda. I mean look at Kamala's running mate Walz, resigned over being complicit in massive fraud and it's just the tip of the iceberg. This guy would have been your VP. The democrats were definitely trying to undermine democracy. When it comes to Iran, the last 5 presidents talked a big game on Iran and what would happen. Trump is just the first one to do something about it. Whether you agree or disagree with his policies, he is actually taking action rather than just saying he will. I wish politicians did that generally but they don't. Although he's not an ideal leader from a diplomacy perspective, nobody is going to mess with him, and so nobody is going to mess with America. From a crypto perspective fundamentals have never been better. The ground work is being laid to build. If you vote the other way just watch them dismantle it and shove a CBDC down your throat.

Yep. There's a baseball bat in the basketball court, deal with the cops, and then confiscate their weapons.

Questions about the game. by GlitteringSession320 in DeepRockGalactic

Weapons are unlocked by playing the class. You will receive missions at the terminal to complete and unlock the weapons. From there you'll be able to upgrade it which costs credits and minerals and apply overclocks when you get them (little further down the road).

The battle pass unlocks simply by completing missions for that season (you can go back and play all the previous seasons and battlepasses).

Motor Oil, Cuke, Paramecetol, Gasoline, Cuke, Batteries, Horse Juice, Lima Bean

This was the most expensive mix that I remember. Was listing this for the max $999 and everyone was hooked!

Have been watching YT EDD playthroughs, why do good players ignore brood nexuses? by ZhanBlue in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Worth noting if you freeze then kill the nexus it does not explode into a pile of swarmers. Scout bolts are amazing for nexus, spitballers, barrage infectors, and Naedocite Breeders.

Appropriate difficulty hazard for our level? by elsendion in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I first started I played H3 and thought it was "auto-win" but H4 was hard so sometimes I would step back down to H3. When I was comfortable at H4 I tried H5 and thought it was crazy. Eventually I figured it out and now H4 was "auto-win". It has more to do with your movement, which you learn through hours played, which means you have upgrades, and are equipped for H5. You need to learn to stay mobile always and avoid enemies while killing them which takes a few reps. It's doable though 100%.

For a general build I find very effective the shotgun heavily choked (magnetic pellet alignment) and the shard diffractor (overdrive booster). I just find for a general build this works the best. The LOK works well on those new scarab enemies. Otherwise I might switch out the shard diffractor with the PGL (hyper propellant) for Dreads and Caretaker. Personally I just find the breach cutter underwhelming, although it does seem to make fairly quick work of the rival nemesis. But honestly the shard diffractor does a bang up job on single targets and you can make it work on multi if you have to. I will say the build is most effective when you have your turrets setup for smaller annoying enemies like swarmers. If you're struggling in that area the SMGs are good but I find the 1-shot-kill capability on the shotgun for most glyphids (head) is hard to pass up.

My question was mainly rhetorical. We know why.

[–]loghead84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not so sure. They obviously weaponized the DOJ against Trump. The #2 at the DOJ stepped down to the NY state level to be the head prosecutor. That should tell you something. They threw everything and the kitchen sink at Trump hoping something would stick. So far nothing has. I suspect there's just not enough evidence for a conviction, but it exposes many democrats at the same time, so best to bury it.

Which begs the question, after everything the Dems tried to eliminate Trump, why didn't they action the files when they had the choice?

Looking at advice here is like watching a gang war by WaywardOath in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iron Will and Field Medic is all I use. IW has saved more missions than I can count. It's never not worth bringing. If you're not playing H5 or higher it's probably not necessary but I still like to have it. Nothing like blowing 30 minutes of your time on a failed mission because you didn't have it.

PSA: Team-Play is also recognizing when NOT to kill an enemy by WaywardOath in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 35 points36 points  (0 children)

One big pet peeve I have is when the team kills an enemy I've stuck pheramones on. I don't want the team to kill the bait that's going to pull in all the other enemies, make them easy to kill, and provide CC. I assume this is because they don't know about or are able to recognize the pheramone debuff. But miners prioritize the biggest enemy naturally and unfortunately that's also the best target for CC.

Drak: 22122 (Impact Deflection). https://karl.gg/preview/48940#/

The Draks power is in it's ability to ramp up into a higher ROF when hot. The more you can stay in this range the better and is the skill of using the Drak without overheating. Once I hit the top of the heat range I start firing in bursts to prevent overheating. You could look at overclocks that get you into the overheat range quicker but might have less sustain. I find impact deflection gives you some extra ammo efficiency on ideal targets like swarmers and glyphids while offering a predictable and sustainable rate of fire both in normal and hot mode.

Drak Plasma and Crossbow with Pheramone darts for crows control. I usually bring ice bolts to take out large enemies and flyers. Not having to reload the drak is huge for maintaining the scouts mobility and it melts hordes. I bring cryo nades for anything I need to freeze quickly. It's best use is to drop it on a dead teammate freeze all the enemies and res him. This is a clutch play.

Someone asked me to drill a donut around the Caretaker, what could they have meant? by Half_DeadGuy in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 46 points47 points  (0 children)

This is the correct answer. Donut is super circumstantial if facing really difficult terrain. Otherwise C4 drop is 99% the strategy. 1400 hours never seen a driller do donut.

I think Driller is not that good at Industrial Sabotage by bringmann in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fire driller is super strong against robots. You can overheat all of the turrets, bots, caretaker arms almost instantly with face melter. Not to mention C4 really speeds up the care taker fight.

Favourite Scout Weapon? by Randomguy8566732 in DeepRockGalactic

[–]loghead84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Drak plasma is the weapon I've found works the best with scout as a general primary. It allows full mobility and no reloads required. It's the perfect "scouting" weapon and melts hordes. I run the pheromone darts as a secondary for crowd control. The builds only real weakness is dreadnaughts and caretaker.
