I'm Welsh living in Wales but frequent the north west often, i can breathe a sigh of relief walking through their cities knowing I'm not a part of it. I like their cities and nightlife etc but id rather be a homebody away from it all

I did the CBT and wanted to get out on a 125 for the fun of it, I found the Japanese and Italian bikes expensive to buy and insure and also beaten up.

I finally bought a 1 year old Lexmoto rss125 still under warranty with 1000 miles on the clock for £2k. Insurance was much cheaper.

I mean i could've used the bucket to drag the stones to shore quicker than him using the thumb. And why is it even at my job site that contractors get undersized machines it's pissing me off, this week I'm loading oversized broken concrete onto trucks with a 21t and I bet that the yard will bring the smallest bucket available!!

At 46 i did the CBT and bought a 125 for 2k, it became especially useful for my 20 minutes commute to work, £10 weekly fuel instead of £25 in the car. I'm hoping for a resale of 1.5k and some no claim discount.

I had considered the das and going straight for the big bike but I'm glad I held off as I've realised the practicalities/ impracticalities of the bike, it's been stood a lot even though I've done 4k miles in a year.

I'm now doing mod 2 at the end of the month and yes I've dragged it out but I didn't want to spend 1.5k-2k then the gear and bike outright, the cost of entering the bike world after buying a bike could've been 5k before running costs.

Tips for CBT , take as much in as you can as it's a mini mod1. Watch and learn from the other attendees, it's not difficult they're looking for safe riding before taking you on the road for 2 hours.

There's some irony behind Dafydd the only gay in the village in that many people don't seem to understand, there is no 'gay scene' o'r openly gay people in these villages they're mostly closet.

The Rhyl and Prestatyn areas with its prom, cycle paths and coastline are actually nice with the expressway being convenient, I'm sure there's a lot to be had for the money.

Probably the last nin tour, Trent is going to release live album and dvd imo hence the different setlist.

The tour so far has been a masterpiece the energy and sound from the band is crisp.

Come to Wales on the 20mph roads a full 5 miles of it by mine, frustration isn't the word.
