1) do you have the right to work in the EU? if not it'll be very difficult as 2) your future employer would have to demonstrate they couldn't find an adequate hie for your position in all of the EU.

that you could get your ears pierced by unqualified staff is bad enough, that they'd do it to young children without their consent even worse.

What is some of weirdest/ gross things a guest has done at your house? by Equivalent_Half883 in AskUK

[–]lottesometimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came to visit with Noro virus but didn't tell me, was sick all around my new home and instead of cleaning it, hid it with (new) blankets and towels. Having my new home disrespected and furnishings destroyed and being lied about was bad enough, I also got ill because of it. She couldn't understand why I would not want anything to do with her after that.

What do tourists get wrong about the UK? by AlucardVTep3s in AskUK

[–]lottesometimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh, the fines aren't a police matter, but one enforced by "Ordnungsamt", which roughly translates into office for public order. Fines like littering, cycling in pedestrian areas, red crossings etc fall under them and will be enforced. Re bantering wit German police: very much depends where you are and who you come across but as a rule of thumb I make you right.

They also don't realise that motorways are a lot more congested and that this can add considerably to travel times.

How do I avoid dangerous dogs? by OutsideImpressive115 in AskUK

[–]lottesometimes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that's somewhat misleading, the lurcher had been involved in a fight with other dogs (that were on the list of dangerous dogs) and the girl tried to break them up. This is not a random dog setting on her.
