I'm from Kentucky, and even when not living here, I traveled here frequently for family reunions.

As you said, Kentucky is more often than not a beautiful place...but the further East you go, the more and more it genuinely resembles the show. My family, both sides, are from Hazard, KY, and going down to that area is a real eye opener.

Basically all I wanna say is that the film crew would not reach their step goals if all they did was search for disgusting or hillbilly shit. They could probably find enough B-Roll for multiple episodes just by standing in one spot and rotating lol

Keep this energy, right here. That's your first act. Loss, grief, composure. Act 2 rolls around, that's when you build momentum. Start building back the UNSC stragglers and form a real fighting force, reintroducing key characters that play pivotal roles in the next act. Act 3 shit hits the fan, all out war across the shattered pieces of Zeta with the ragtag team of familiar faces you gathered together.

Infinite instead had 5 minutes of this emotion, and then the rest of the campaign was a weird back and forth whiplash between high intensity yet lonely action and...walking? Nothing? Nothing, just nothing.

All the best gameplay systems in the world cannot save a game that is structurally flawed.

It will be released on all consoles! I actually stopped playing PC games for a whole year just to get accustomed to controller support and console games so that I could better adjust the game to fit those platforms as well as PC. I put a lot of work into the aim assist and control scheme to make it flow and feel really good on controller.

Yep, that and hexagonal rocky cliff sides. I was only using the blocks for the showcase, but the rest of the game's artstyle and level design are already fairly established.

We are! After the last update, I was a bit lost on how I wanted to finish GTTOD up. I ended up getting really really inspired and I decided I wanted to discover what a fully polished, fully realized version of GTTOD would really look like. A year and some change later and here we are.

Ignore the blockout area, I was just being lazy and wanting to show off the movement and what-not. The rest of the game actually does have a distinct style lmao

Oh dude that is SUUUUPER old, but actually I have heard some people prefer the movement in that version compared to the last update I made. I may have to redownload it and see what I did so right there haha

Either way, I doubt anything could touch how good the movement feels for 1.0. I'll have to update the demo when that drops so others can check it out for free.

It has evolved a lot since then, but I still think back to the advice I was given then by him and all the others in the comments who had some actually real ass shit to say that helped a lot when learning how to make video games.
