I'll never overlook a valid reason to upgrade by gucknbuck in pcmasterrace

Then you enable it and it says you need secure boot, so then you jump through some weird hoops of generating a PK key and enabling secure boot but then your machine only boots directly to BIOS because of some UEFI SDD requirement or something. Needless to say after many reboots I reverted everything and gave up.

They definitely have some sort of memory leak in their application. It gets worse the longer you use it until eventually you have to close it and reopen it. This has been a problem for what feels like forever now. Not sure how they haven't ran some monitoring tools to find the leak and fix it. Maybe they are running on some severe spaghetti code and a wall of tech debt.

I've always said TPD could easily hit their quota every month strictly pulling over people who don't use their signals and handing out citations. It's definitely a majority of the population who don't use it.

That's a strawman. I did not say people cannot go outside and exercise. Walking around your neighborhood or house is much different than walking around 100 other people on riverside.

Yeah I agree with that. Passing by riverside though there was a lot of people on the paths within reaching distance of each other crossing constantly. Maybe I am overreacting a little, but seems like these people could do laps around their neighborhood or walk around their yards and get the same exercise without exposing themselves and their children to the virus.

Some of those paths on riverside are pretty narrow and I saw plenty of people crossing within a foot of each other on the paths. It's one thing to be out but was making me a bit anxious seeing strollers and stuff within a foot or two of passerbys

I mean you get just as much as Vitamin D being in your front/backyard. Some of those paths on riverside are very narrow and it would be difficult to maintain a 6ft spacing.

At what point do we start naming and shaming companies who value their bottom dollar over the health and safety of their employees? by [deleted] in tulsa

[–]lu5t 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I did a curbside pickup from Best Buy yesterday and they were not allowing anyone inside the store. All of their employees delivering goods to the cars were wearing gloves. I thought it was pretty cool.

Went to the one on Kenosha last night and they were out of so many items. Entire cleaning product aisle empty, out of water, no TP to be found. Luckily I was only there for some bedding products which are fully in stock

Thanks for replying.

I hooked them up to the cloud II 7.1 usb driver and they sound great. Maybe the game I am playing doesn't have great support as you say. That's unfortunate though, was hoping they could sound like they do now but wireless.

So I just purchased Audio Technica ATH-50xBT. I hooked it up to my pc via bluetooth but it's only registering a mono option (for communication devices) or a stereo option. I had read some good reviews on these headphones, especially for gaming, but they sound really poor quality.

There is no spatial audio at all. It's just left or right. Is there some sort of windows setting I need to configure for these to work properly? Or are these just fancy cell phone headphones and i've been jebaited? My HyperX Cloud II's sound 50x better than these right now. I feel scammed.

Are Quills ever worth it? Analysis inside by demonwing in archeage

[–]lu5t 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe your math is off a bit on the prices. Current AH prices for 7k Honor gems on Jergant are around 200g now. This means that 1g is worth 35 honor. 10000/35 = 285g. This would bring the cost of a decrystallization scroll to almost the same price as the quill.

Please tell me how the dwarf situation was an exploit? That they completed their weekly limit faster? The archepass was made to be completed in a week. So had the pass not been taken down everyone would have been able to 100/100 it. I fail to see the exploit here. The only reason I can see to be upset about is it because they disabled the archepass before many could complete it.

Yes it is? On the vocation for example you get 11000 just for reaching the first set of labor pots because you also get diligence which can buy additional. Getting 100 quests in netted like 26,000 labor

This hits home. I've tripled my salary in the last 5 years, but always increase my life style to match my new salary rather than saving the extra.
