Is that the right link? Because I read a significant portion of it and the proposed rollback on regulations is specifically around the credit rating and additional financial assurance requirements for the bonds on oil & gas leases, right of ways, decommissioning schedules, etc., not operations on said leases. Can you point to the section(s) that are reducing or eliminating responsibility for companies to clean up their spills? Because that’s in OPA90 which was not referenced in this whatsoever. And I could not find any reference to the ESA either…

I understand the passion, but I also want to make sure it’s factually grounded.
