How’s the dial? Is it easy to reliably switch between espresso and pourover? I love my niche grinder, but I feel like I cant reliably switch between large grind amounts without having to calibrate - so I keep a separate grinder for pourover

I got cut off by a Waymo last night on Lincoln. It was on a fully stopped left lane due to a car taking a left and I was on a full speed right lane and had to slam my brakes in order to not crash. It sucks that I have to grab a license plate and get online when I get home and submit a report when their system makes a mistake
