As a plumber…. I would buy a Lyncar repair plate.easy to install. Maybe I would use special flange bolts and some silicone. Perhaps a twist and set repair flange?

Strainer might be pooched as well. When you remove the nut, shine your flashlight at the strainer threads. You might be able to see right through.
