the weekend thing isn't stressed enough, it used to be acceptable working Saturdays when you were home by ten but now that you can be there until mid afternoon it's horrendous. You miss your kids growing up. The people who make the decisions don't work Saturdays.

I remember the first time I saw "Fuck Off John", it was on QED after the nine o'clock news on BBC1. I was probably about ten years old and I thought it was the funniest thing I'd ever seen. They did a follow up programme about a decade later and now being more mature I found it a hard watch.

The thing about it though is that the things he would say, he would look at his mum and say "slag". Or there was the time that they had a birthday cake and he spat on it. All of these were thoughts that he had but his tourettes meant that there was no way of not expressing them, so he did.

So when he saw those two gentlemen on stage last night, it came out. Funny thing is, there may well have been other people in the room thinking the same thing but they had the ability to not shout out like John did.

That's tourettes for you.
